Family Resource Network (FRN) located at 126 East Second Street has been providing carry-out soup days and will continue through March.  Meals are provided free of charge for their clients and by donation for others.  Soup is prepared by Chef Dale Hawkins and is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 10:00 and 2:00.
