American Baptist Women Get Acquainted with Our West Virginia International Missionaries

Posted on Fri, Oct 2, 2015

J. D. and Rhonda Reed are back in WV on home assignment for a year as of September, 2015. They will be Missionaries in Residence at Parchment Valley Conference Center in Ripley, WV. They have completed four years of ministry in Bolivia that included one year in Costa Rica learning Spanish before starting their Bolivian assignment. J. D. is from Webster County and Rhonda is from Braxton County. They met at Camp Cowen while employed there one summer. They are blessed to be the parents of Grace, Abigail, and Nathanael. Rhonda served as the nurse at Santa Cruz Christian Learning Center. J.D. has been busy with the School of Leaders Project. The Reeds say, “God has truly blessed us in our time in Bolivia.”
